We provide smooth key exchange for your guests, either via personal check-in or key pick-up at our reception in Prague 3.

Service 24/7

We offer 24/7 guest support, resolving urgent issues that might occur during the stay.

Cleaning & Linens

We manage professional cleaning and fresh linens and towels between guest stays, making your place sparkling clean and welcoming for your clients. At the end of guests' stay we will take linens and towels to the laundry room and we bring everything clean and prepare for new guests.

Checking apartment

We react flexibly to emerging problems at home and solve their removal.


Short-term rental can range from a few days to six months. All the problems we are dealing with professional care and provide services that offers flexibility and comfort to property owners and satisfaction of their guests.

My father is happy, what more I could ask!.

I write briefly how it all began!I called MaidProvider, but nobody pick up so i left a message with my phone number at the reception . I was told that it's better to write email. Martina wrote me back that evening. After a few emails and read all what the company offers, we have agreed on a date of the meeting. Meeting lasted more than an hour. Martina discuss each detail since i wanted to have cleaning and taking care of my father regularly whenever I am abroad for work as well. She wanted to meet with him. The meeting was very pleasent, felt like we know eachather for long time. I had to be patient. I knew from a friend who waited couple of weeks to get maid from her. Martina is very picky and her training is very good. Now we have a maid Marketa and Martina stop for a coffee sometimes and chat with my dad :-).
